**Assistant Store Manager** **Reports To**: Store Manager **Job Summary:** The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the efficient and effective management of the store. Assumes store manger responsibilities when needed. Rate of pay $16\.50\-$17\.50/HR List of Responsibilities * Assists the Store Manager in training positive individuals to become members of the Quicklees Team. * Responsible for supporting and enforcing store operations, policies and procedures. * Support the store manager in keeping the store, site and equipment safe, clean, organized and properly stocked. * Assists manager in key responsibilities such as scheduling, attendance and payroll reporting, placing orders and daily job execution. * Communicate employees relations problems and assist the store manager with shift coverage when needed. * Assists manager with daily bookkeeping, depositing, invoicing and gas survey. * Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management. * Support manager by controlling expenses and maintaining store goal hours. * Supports manager by maximizing profits and minimizing expenses. * Monitor cash over/shor...
