Facilities Procurement Director \- Office of the Facilities Maintenance, Operations, and Emergency Response **POSITION DETAILS** The Division of Facilities Planning, Construction, and Management (FPCM), Office of the Facilities Maintenance, Operations, and Emergency Response, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Procurement Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the office’s procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing and contracting of goods and services necessary for the office’s operation. Reporting to the Executive Director for Facilities Administration and JOC’s (Job Order Contract) program, the Director’s responsibilities include: * Oversee all tax levy and non\-tax levy purchases, including developing bid specifications, advertise in the City Record and NYS Contract Reporter, negotiate contracts with vendors based on price and product specifications through a variety of procurement methods \- Invitation for Bids (IFB), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Expressions of interest, issue of addenda, public opening of bids, vendor site visits etc. * Oversee preparation and timely submission of CUNY Board Resolut...
