Growing commercial printing, direct mail \& packaging company, located in the heart of Chester County, is looking for an experienced production/general manager to be part of their leadership team. Ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Printing, Mailing \& Packaging industries and processes, the ability to meet tight deadlines, maintain excellent quality, and work smoothly with 20\-30 people. This position overseeing the production side of the company, from receiving of files through delivery/mailing. Areas of oversight would include * Production Planning * Purchasing * Outsourcing * Scheduling * Quality control * Employee Management * Forecasting and Vision Management * Coordinating with department managers and ownership. This position is suited for someone who wants to be more than an employee, rather be a core member of our leadership team.
