**Job Summary** The Sr. Manager of Domestic Transportation is responsible for leading and optimizing transportation operations to achieve cost, service, quality, and performance objectives. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across domestic transportation activities, including inbound and outbound shipping, carrier and 3PL management, dedicated transportation, and store and customer delivery. The Sr. Manager is responsible for transportation procurement and partner relationships, financial and P\&L management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement. The role leads initiatives to reduce costs, improve service and operational efficiency, and implement effective transportation processes and technology.
