We’re hiring a hands\-on Fleet Operations Manager to run daily operations for our growing Turo car\-sharing business. Our fleet includes Tesla Model 3, Model Y, and other vehicles serving guests throughout the Bay Area. You will own vehicle readiness, guest experience, maintenance coordination, and operating efficiency. As the fleet grows, you will build repeatable processes and manage the team that keeps every trip running smoothly. Responsibilities * **Manage daily operations:** Coordinate reservations, vehicle assignments, pickups, returns, and approved delivery locations. * **Keep vehicles trip\-ready:** Oversee cleaning, charging or fueling, inspections, and required check\-in and checkout photos. * **Support guests:** Handle messages, access instructions, trip changes, late returns, and roadside issues professionally. * **Maintain the fleet:** Schedule maintenance, tire replacements, repairs, and recalls; track vehicle condition and downtime. * **Handle incidents:** Document damage, coordinate with repair shops, and submit accurate claims and supporting evidence within applicable deadlines. * **Manage the team:** Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaners, drivers, and ope...
