We are an established and growing pediatric practice in Central Austin, in need of the ideal person to complete our team. We're a family\-oriented, supportive, and inclusive workplace. Our ideal Medical Assistant will work with our team to perform various clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive self\-starter with excellent organizational, clinical, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and clinical precision are necessary to continue our practice of patient safety and seamless care. Candidates should be comfortable working with babies and children and have a kind and patient demeanor. Primary Job Responsibilities: * Monitor patient flow * Check vital signs * Prepare patients for exam/procedures * Phlebotomy * Hearing and vision testing * Medication and immunization administration * Data entry * Scheduling Qualifications: The qualified candidate must have prior experience as a Medical Assistant, demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable using an electronic medical records system.
