Millers Cove Rd Walland, TN 37886 The Group Sales Manager is responsible for obtaining, organizing, and booking group business and on\-property functions for Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, and High Hampton Hotels. Also, they will be tasked with ensuring we stay within the parameters of the group sales strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Act as a contact for corporate, leisure, and wedding group planners * Coordinate all group details including room blocks, activities, meals, meetings, and special requests * Oversee, approve, and create receipts for the preliminary deposits, payments, and postings made * Communicate group requirements to all operational staff * Solicit feedback from group contacts * Sell group activities and special services * Create and maintain group policy and information manuals * Handle telephone solicitation and personal sales calls to potential customers and repeat group planners * Conduct Site Visits by booking and confirmin...
