We are seeking a motivated and compassionate **Administrator in Training (AIT)** to join our team in a structured program designed to prepare you for licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in Montana State. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about long\-term care leadership, quality resident care, and facility operations. In this hands\-on role, you’ll work directly under an experienced preceptor in a Montana State\-licensed nursing home.
