**Job Role Summary:** The Facility Site Manager is responsible for routinely inspecting the RecNation RV \& Boat self\-storage facilities to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards. This includes performing general preventive maintenance, corrective facility repairs, and groundskeeping while providing timely responses to tenant service requests. As a Facility Maintenance team member, you will engage with several teams across multiple functions and will work in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing self\-storage facility * Repair building finishes, such as painting (brush and roll) * Maintain/install electronic equipment such as gate keypads * Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris * Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies * Ensure the ticketing system is updated for reporting purposes and KPI performance initiatives through use of a company provided tablet * Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities...
