Additionally, ensures all aspects of programmatic management including procurement; scheduling of public meetings; accurate record keeping for audit purposes; preparation of work plan for construction projects; and develops and reviews executive summaries, resolutions, party agreements, and budget amendments to ensure all are completed according to schedule.
