The Chief Financial Officer will have dual reporting responsibility to the Atlantic Health (“System”) SVP, President of Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center (‘AHOMC” or “division”) and to the Corporate EVP, Chief Financial Officer. As a key member of leadership, the role will provide financial expertise, advice and analysis related to AHOMC and the System overall. The CFO responsibilities will include: **Strategy, Planning and Management** * Act as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team to enable execution of the financial strategy in conjunction with System level initiatives. * Assess and evaluate financial performance of the division with regard to long\-term and short\-term operational goals, budgets, and plans. * Provide insight and recommendations to both short\-term and long\-term growth plan of organization.
