This position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and reports to the Senior Director, International Tax. **Responsibilities Include:** * Manage tax planning initiatives from idea to implementation to ensure full compliance with legal steps, tax requirements and tax aspects of financial statements * Work on tax operational aspects of transer pricing, Pillar II, business transformations, M\&A activity, and ERP system upgrades to achieve efficiencies in process and reduction of operating costs * Examine and build tax operational rules for intercompany activity to ensure transfer pricing criteria are met and implemented * Manage US tax audits in conjunction with advisers including data collection, settlement recommendation and other aspects of audit/litigation process * Build relationships and understand tax positions of various busi...
