We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on Fractional CFO / Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations and strategic financial planning of a multi\-unit restaurant and hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of operational finance, accounting oversight, financial reporting, and profitability management. This position will work directly with ownership and senior leadership while overseeing one in\-house bookkeeper. **Key Responsibilities** Oversee day\-to\-day accounting functions and supervise the in\-house bookkeeper. Manage monthly financial close processes and ensure accurate, timely financial statements. Prepare and analyze monthly P\&Ls by location, department, and revenue center. Develop annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and cash\-flow projections. Monitor and analyze food, beverage, and labor costs, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
