Overview: DATA ANALYST (DOCK): Bowhead seeks a Data Analyst to support an upcoming client located in the DC metropolitan area. The Data Analyst will utilize automated management information systems and other online database services/applications to electronically capture/scan data, populate systems, retrieve data, and provide information/status updates. Responsibilities: * Build new analytics and reporting capabilities to support program evaluation and operations. * Conducts data analyses, using software such as Microsoft O365 Power Apps, consulting with Program Manager to identify the appropriate data, methodological approach, and design. * Automates the collection of data from varying sources, formats, and quality and preparing them for analysis. * Create requested business products for optimal extraction, analysis, and delivery of large data sets. * Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, managing the intake process, and asking the right questions to scope and solve the requests. * Demonstrate judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues. * Comfortable working in a fast\-pace...
