New York, NY (Hybrid) Salary Range: $130,000\- $160,000 The Senior Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Data Analyst supports Apple Bank’s Real Estate Valuation \& Advisory Division (REVAD) and related Commercial Mortgage Division (CMD), as well as other internal stakeholders by delivering data\-driven analysis of real estate, financial, and market information. The position will be involved in a variety of activities including development of actionable insights, analytical reports, market research, and leveraging data and AI\-enabled tools to support valuation, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, risk management, due diligence, and informed business decisions.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, test, document, and maintain AI\-enabled and automated workflows for property financial statement analysis, document review, market research, due diligence, and recurring portfolio processes. * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for the commercial real estate portfolio, including portfolio composition, property performance, debt service coverage, maturity, exposure, valuation, and risk indicators. * Identify manual or duplicative processes that ca...
