**About the Role:** We are seeking a hands\-on Fragrance Production Supervisor to lead daily compounding operations at our Deerfield Beach facility. This role supervises Production personnel and shift leads, coordinates manufacturing priorities, and ensures orders are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing leadership experience, knowledge of raw materials and chemicals, and a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
