H.F. Lenz Company is seeking a registered, Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager experienced HVAC and Mechanical system design. This position will work directly with a nationally recognized team of Principals in Charge and engineering professionals. This role will lead the building system engineering of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, as well as project management functions for a diverse project and client portfolio in the healthcare, higher educational and commercial markets. This position will report to our Middletown CT office location. **Requirements/Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Primary Responsibilities: Consult with Principals in Charge on business development activities and prepare proposals, project cost estimates, personnel assignments, project scopes and deadlines. Responsible for client interface and coordinating HVAC and Mechanical engineering design production to meet desired service, quality and effectiveness.
