**PRACTICE SUMMARY** Acorn to Oak Health is a new private practice opened in February 2025, owned by two female physicians and mothers. Our staff is small and close\-knit, and we value kindness, professionalism, and personal accountability in creating a welcoming, high\-quality medical practice. Our concierge, membership\-based model allows for a low daily patient visit volume and meaningful time with patients. We provide personalized, compassionate primary care for patients from birth through aging. **ROLE OVERVIEW** We are seeking a Pediatric\-focused Medical Assistant with strong clinical skills, playfulness in caring for kids, and an interest in expanded professional responsibility, including front office and back office skills sets. This role will primarily support our Pediatrician, with occasional cross coverage for Adult/Internal Medicine.
