**Summary** Under the direction of the Department of Public Works Director, the Town Engineer is responsible for leading, planning, and coordinating all aspects of the engineering department, including all technical duties for the Town of Lincoln. Reviews development plan proposals, recommends, develops, and manages infrastructure improvements, and oversees construction projects.
