**Company** Motiva Education is a consultancy that uses a research\-based, student\-centered, and data\-driven approach to help organizations effectively develop and deliver courses that enhance learner experiences, engagement, motivation, and outcomes. We leverage our understanding of learning sciences, emerging technologies such as AI, and human\-centered solution design to improve the learning journey across stakeholders, supporting: learners in enhancing their competencies; teaching staff in providing quality education at scale; and administrators in tracking and managing learner outcomes. **Role Description** We are consulting private and public US universities and looking for a Data Scientist to join our team on a part\-time basis (10\-20 hours/week). The goal of these projects is to integrate AI/machine learning/learning analytics capabilities into university infrastructure in order to (a) enhance learning outcomes for their students and (b) to make student success predictions easily accessible to key stakeholders.
