**Recruiter, Talent Acquisition** **American AI Logistics** American AI Logistics (AAIL) is hiring a mid\-level Recruiter to join a lean, fast\-moving talent function at a defense technology company scaling out of its Series A. This person will report directly to our Senior Recruiter \& HR Coordinator, and will own the full\-cycle recruiting across AAIL's two hiring tracks: software engineering and defense program roles. This is a pure recruiting role. The ideal candidate has government contracting (GovCon) recruiting experience, is quick on sourcing across very different candidate markets (technical engineering talent and defense\-industry veterans, and program managers), and wants ownership at a company still writing its own playbook.
