This role partners with Bakery Managers and District Leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience, develop team members, maintain brand standards, and support sales, labor, and operational goals. The Assistant Bakery Manager must be comfortable traveling between all three locations based on staffing, business volume, training needs, leadership coverage, and operational priorities. This individual serves as a flexible leadership resource and is expected to step into various bakery roles as needed.
