**Position Summary** -------------------- The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading procurement activities to ensure the organization has the materials, components, and services needed to support manufacturing operations while achieving competitive cost, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives. This role provides leadership to the procurement team and develops sourcing strategies for key direct and indirect material categories, with a strong focus on steel, fabricated components, and other materials critical to manufacturing operations. The Procurement Manager will build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, identify cost\-saving opportunities, manage supply risk, and partner closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other Supply Chain functions.
