**SUMMARY** As a Physical Therapist – Rehab, your ability to design, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions greatly enhances patient function and overall quality of life. **STATUS:** Full Time **LOCATION:** Unity Hospital \- 1555 Long Pond Rd. Rochester, NY **DEPARTMENT:** Rehabilitation **SCHEDULE:** Day shift, 8\-hr. shifts; 8 am \- 4:30 pm; weekend rotation 1\-2 weekend days per month **POSITION SUMMARY** Assesses and restores patients' function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by designing, planning, and implementing medically prescribed physical therapy interventions.
