**Job Summary** The Tuckahoe Union Free School District is seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and qualified individual to serve as Treasurer. The Treasurer will be responsible for maintaining the District’s financial records, processing and reconciling financial transactions, monitoring funds and accounts, preparing required financial and regulatory reports, and supporting the District’s overall financial operations. The Treasurer reports directly to the School Business Official and works closely with the Superintendent, Board of Education, Business Office staff, outside auditors, banking institutions, and other District personnel to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant management of District funds. The Treasurer will carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with District policies and procedures and applicable New York State and federal laws and regulations.
