**This position is open to Alaska Residents only.** **Please check our** **residency definition** **to determine if you qualify**. **The Department of Family and Community Services,** **Office of Children's Services (OCS)** **is** **recruiting for full\-time** **Accounting Technician 1** **located in** **Juneau, Alaska.** **What you will be doing** The Accounting Technician 1 assists in maintaining provider records, setting up vendors/providers, and ensuring foster care, childcare, adoption, and out\-of\-state providers are paid in a timely and accurate manner. To be a resource for the field workers and care providers to ensure that payment regulations and departmental policy are properly utilized in making payments.
