**Impact** This role is critical in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization while supporting leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable financial information. **Position Summary** The Controller / Human Resources position is responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and human resources functions for the organization.
