**Labor Category:** Analyst Management III **Location:** Indian Head, MD (On\-site/Hybrid) **Clearance:** Active SECRET security clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required **Job Type:** Full\-time **Contract Type:** Government Contract (Base Year plus four Option Years) **Position Overview** Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N\-ERP) system to support the Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA). This role is critical for managing the full spectrum of DoD/DON financial management, including budget formulation, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal fiscal law and regulations and be able to resolve complex financial issues. This is a non\-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the NOSSA Government Task Manager and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
