**CONTRACT MANAGER** Position Summary The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing construction contract administration, subcontractor compliance, procurement, project logistics, safety documentation, and project closeout activities. This position works closely with project management, subcontractors, vendors, and company leadership to ensure contractual obligations are met, documentation is maintained, and projects operate in accordance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
