The role The Digital Media Specialist owns Aluma's day\-to\-day digital execution and visibility. You will bring approved strategy to life through content planning, social publishing, community engagement, lead generation, on\-location content capture, email, blog, Pinterest, and Aluma\-facing paid media. This is a high\-output, hands\-on role for someone who can move from a content calendar to a clinic shoot to performance reporting without losing the thread. You should be equally comfortable creating polished social content, engaging thoughtfully with prospective injectors, coordinating details for an event, and turning audience behavior into clear next steps.
