**Jacob \& Co.** is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated **Financial Controller** to lead our accounting and bookkeeping processes. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records while mentoring and developing our Accounting team. This is a full\-time, exempt position located in New York City. The **Financial Controller** will report directly to the VP of Finance and will be responsible for directing and overseeing a team of four junior and senior accountants.
