**Position Overview** --------------------- We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements, renovations, and specialized construction within the life sciences, healthcare, education, and technology sectors. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from bidding and preconstruction through project completion and closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Work closely with Project Managers on all phases of construction projects, from initial bidding through final closeout. * Assist with subcontractor bidding, bid solicitation, bid leveling, and procurement. * Support estimating efforts for self\-performed work and preparation of project proposals. * Assist with prime contract administration, subcontract preparation, and subcontract issuance. * Manage p...
