As the primary point of contact for project delivery, this role partners with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, IT teams, vendors, and organizational leaders to define requirements, manage scope, support solution design, coordinate testing, and deliver successful outcomes. Based on project needs, the Senior Project Manager may also develop business requirements and leverage artificial intelligence agents and tools to enhance analysis and collaboration, expand requirements, and reduce project risk.
