**About the Role** We are seeking a meticulous and high\-level Senior Bookkeeper to manage the full\-charge bookkeeping, payroll management, and sales tax compliance for a portfolio of clients. This is a high\-level production role requiring advanced QuickBooks Online expertise and the ability to handle complex payroll breakdowns and multi\-jurisdictional sales tax filings. This role will be a direct point of contact with clients and will serve in assisting with balance sheet and profit and loss maintenance for client's who have in\-house bookkeepers in an advisory role. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, loves optimizing workflows, and possesses advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and basic bookkeeping fundamentals. **Key Responsibilities** * **QBO Management**: Oversee full\-charge bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and complex clean\-ups in QuickBooks Online. * **Payroll \& Breakouts**: Understand payroll basics and how to break out payroll correctly between a company’s profit and loss and balance sheet. * **Sales Tax Compliance**: Track, calculate, and file monthly and quarterly state and local sales taxes across various jurisdictions. * **Reconciliations**: Per...
