We are seeking a motivated **Real Estate Finance Analyst –** to identify real estate investors, property owners, developers, and business owners who need financing for **non\-owner\-occupied real estate**. This is a **client\-facing sales, business development, and financial analysis role**. You will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their properties and investment objectives, analyzing their financing needs, and working with our team to identify appropriate real estate financing solutions. **This position focuses exclusively on investment and business\-purpose real estate financing.
