Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, a leader in Cancer care, is seeking a **Full Time Operational Excellence Admin for our Administrative Office in Fairfax, Virginia.** SCOPE: Directly accountable to lead continuous improvement projects, typically in multiple full\-time clinics with more than six physicians, or multiple lines of oncology business (medical and radiation), for sites grounded in PQE principles to achieve quality and process efficiency in the Oncology Healthcare industry. Provides process improvement leadership and has an understanding of disciplined process improvement methodology, project management and change management. Acts as a super user to coach the utilization of iKnowMed to enhance throughput and overall staff productivity. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
