Contributes to the development and leadership of our comprehensive, enterprise content strategy, in close collaboration with the Branded Content Strategy leadership team. Implements the strategy and governance to tell the health system’s story across a wide range of multimedia channels such as multiple care\-delivery websites, higher education websites, health and wellness blogs, marketing campaigns, and consumer\-first digital products. Elevates the brand by ensuring a consistent voice and disciplined message are delivered in a creative, compelling and customizable way for each communication channel. Guides consumers through our brand journey, creating multiple content touchpoints that achieve maximum visibility and reach for Advocate Health’s services to, in turn, drive engagement, action and revenue. Establishes guidelines for the responsible use of AI while adapting AI\-powered content solutions for future growth.
