**Jr. Project Controls Analyst** **Overview:** The GBS Group is seeking a Jr. Project Controls Analyst to support our Federal Division. The Jr. Project Controls Analyst will assist with project setups, financial tracking, proposal review support, budgeting, and general financial administration. Successful candidates should also be comfortable with performing other administrative functions as needed since we work in a team environment. This position reports to directly to the Project Controller Manager. **Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):** * Assist Project Managers with establishing and monitoring budgets, as well as providing transparency into financial performance on a routine basis. * Assist with updating financial forecasting models and reconciliation to ensure project accounts remain profitable and revenue recognition is balanced and accurate. * Assist with the development and auditing of cost and price proposals, ensuring all submissions for solicitations and quotes are accurate and compliant. * Assist with invoice preparation and accounts receivable follow ups. * Serve as a subject matter expert in the Business Central accounting system, overseeing proj...
