**STUDIO SALES LEAD** The Tox \| Palm Beach Full\-Time \| $40,000 Base \+ Performance Bonus **THE ROLE** The Tox is a rapidly growing luxury wellness brand redefining body sculpting through proprietary techniques, exceptional results and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a driven, energetic, highly organized, sales\-focused Studio Lead to run the day\-to\-day client experience, drive studio revenue and build The Tox's presence in the local community. This is a hands\-on, in\-studio sales leadership role. The Studio Lead works directly with clients, leads the front desk team, keeps the studio organized, keeps the team focused on daily goals, and takes an active part in local events, partnerships and community outreach. The right person loves wellness, loves sales, is exceptionally organized, has strong follow\-through, and is comfortable balancing client\-facing work with the needs of a busy studio. You naturally look for ways to turn great client experiences, local relationships and community exposure into repeat business and studio growth. **SALES \& REVENUE** Revenue growth is the primary focus of this position.
