Description *Please note: This role is contingent upon a contract award. While it is not an immediate opening, we are actively conducting interviews and extending offers in anticipation of the award.* **The Work:** ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the phased implementation and operation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. The Salesforce Administrator will configure and maintain users, roles, permissions, objects, fields, workflows, Flows, reports, dashboards, and other platform capabilities. This role will support environment management, data quality, deployments, release activities, system monitoring, user support, and production issue resolution. Working across architects, developers, business analysts, testers, security specialists, and government stakeholders, the Administrator will help maintain a secure, accessible, reliable, and well\-documented platform that supports evolving grants management requirements. **Job Location:** Remote work is authorized.
