### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 6, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Level II Trauma Center, requiring 1\+ year of experience and willingness to work on an IRF unit. ### **Details** * 13\-week travel assignment in the Physical Therapy department at a Level II Trauma Center * 383\-bed acute care hospital with a 28\-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF), average census of 240 * Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, no night shift available * Patient ratios of 4 patients/day on IRF and 8\-12 patients/day in acute care * Therapy staff services the entire facility * Equipment includes two therapy gyms, Vector, LiteGait, and an ADL Apartment * Uses Meditech EMR * Requires one weekend shift per month and holiday rotation in accordance with facility policy ### **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Physical Therapy required * Active PT license required if applicable * Active BLS certification required * Willingness to work on the IRF unit required * Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills required * Hospital or IRF ...
