You would be joining a family\-oriented office in Chattanooga while receiving support from seasoned industry professionals in the market and receive mentorship from Senior team members. **SCOPE OF WORK FOR CLIENT ACCOUNTANT** Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned CAAS clients. Oversee month\-end and year\-end accounting processes. Review financial statements, account reconciliations, and accounting work prepared by staff. Function as an outsourced Controller for client organizations. Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead accounting system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
