**What to Expect** Tesla’s Manufacturing Test Engineering group is seeking a highly motivated hands\-on Technical Program Manager to drive development of custom manufacturing equipment with mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineers. As a Technical Program Manager for this team, you'll be part of the group responsible for developing manufacturing testing equipment for a diverse range of Tesla products from vehicles and energy systems to next\-generation robotics platforms. A very exciting role where you will interact with product designers, firmware engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production. You will interface with cross functional teams to identify and define product constraints and identify key change items. You will help to define and drive the development, validation, and implementation of custom manufacturing equipment to various factories around the world.
