Anderson Injury Lawyers is seeking a professional, personable, and detail\-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team. This position serves as a primary point of contact for our firm, responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, assisting existing clients, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and conducting initial intake interviews with potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer\-service mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
