Inventory Coordinator Key Responsibilities * Receive inbound materials into the ERP system accurately and timely as shipments arrive at warehouses nationwide. * Verify receiving documentation against supplier Bills of Lading (BOLs) and warehouse confirmations to ensure inventory accuracy. * Process customer shipments and billing transactions through the ERP system. * Upload and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation within company systems. * Coordinate with mills, warehouses, sales teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate shipment information and timely communication. * Monitor and track shipments through vendor portals, carrier websites, and internal systems. * Ensure special shipping or customer instructions are properly communicated and executed. * Investigate and help resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, or documentation discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. * Review open purchase orders and shipment statuses to ensure accuracy and follow\-through. * Assist with onboarding and setup of new warehouse locations and operational processes. * Provide backup support to teammates and assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
