Overview: * **Department:** Pharmacy * **Schedule:** Full Time Days, 40 hours weekly * **Facility:** Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical Center * **Location:** Aurora, IL, 60506 Responsibilities: The Multi\-Site Pharmacy Manager is responsible for organizing and supervising all aspects of daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe medication management processes throughout each of their assigned hospitals. Manages regulatory compliance, inventory management, diversion prevention controls, productivity/budgets for pharmacy staff, and other related items for pharmacy operations for the local hospital pharmacy departments assigned. Establishes communication with physicians and staff to ensure proper patient care. Keeps abreast of technological and clinical practice changes and implements improvements as necessary. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies as well as with hospital policy and procedures. The Multi\-site Pharmacy Manager is also responsible for coordinating the activities between their hospitals in a manner that optimizes resource utilization.
