Part\-Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent **Home 1 Suites – Kissimmee Shingle Creek** **Location:** Kissimmee, FL 34741 **Job Type:** Part\-Time \| Overnight Shift We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer\-service\-oriented **Part\-Time Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent** to join our hotel team. **Responsibilities:** * Handle guest check\-ins, check\-outs, and reservations. * Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries. * Complete nightly audit procedures and daily reports. * Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. * Monitor front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction during overnight hours. **Qualifications:** * Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. * **Experience with Choice Hotels PMS (Choice Advantage) is highly preferred.** * Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities. * Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally. * Must be dependable and available for overnight shifts, including weekends as needed. Pay: $15\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
