Human Resources Manager **Express Facility Management (EFM)** **Phoenix, AZ \| Full\-Time \| On\-Site** About the Role Express Facility Management (EFM) is a growing nationwide facilities management company seeking an experienced, hands\-on **Human Resources Manager** to lead our day\-to\-day HR function. This role will work closely with company leadership, managers, supervisors, and employees across multiple states. We are looking for someone who can independently manage employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, compliance, investigations, and HR documentation while helping EFM strengthen its HR processes as we continue to grow.
