HIRING: PART\-TIME CONTENT \+ E\-COMMERCE ASSISTANT — MIAMI / SOUTH FLORIDA Bronzed in Rio is looking for a SUPER creative, social\-media\-obsessed assistant who understands short\-form content, knows how to make things look GOOD, and can help bring fresh ideas to the brand. This is not a boring corporate marketing job. I’m looking for someone who is FAST in CapCut, lives on Instagram/TikTok, understands trends, hooks, funny content, aesthetics, and knows how to turn simple footage into Reels people actually want to watch. I will provide most of the raw footage — I need someone who can take it and RUN with it. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: * Creating around 20 short\-form Reels per workday using footage provided * Editing in CapCut — hooks, text overlays, trending sounds, quick cuts, transitions, funny concepts, before/afters, product\-focused content, etc. * Scheduling around 7–8 social media posts * Researching trends and coming up with FRESH content ideas for Bronzed in Rio * Bringing your own ideas to the table — I do NOT want someone who needs to be told exactly what to create every single time * Occasionally DMing models/creators for collaborations * Creating and maintaining product ...
