**Job Overview** We are a fast\-paced, highly digitized, 3\-person kitchen and bath (countertop and cabinetry) business. We do not have corporate departments or "cross\-functional teams." This is a true hybrid role where you will act as the operational backbone of the business. You will wear many hats—from greeting retail walk\-ins and managing contractor purchase orders to navigating our digital bookkeeping software (Zoho Books) and maintaining the physical office space. We need a highly tech\-literate, self\-motivated traffic cop who can keep our digital and physical operations running smoothly. **Core Duties** * **Showroom \& Sales Support:** Triage walk\-in retail customers, note their basic measurements/needs, and assist with product selection when the owners are busy. * **Digital Operations \& Invoicing:** Match digital purchase orders, record contractor payments, process receipts, and maintain high\-accuracy data entry in our CRM/accounting software. * **Office Administration:** Rapidly manage incoming emails, answer phone calls, schedule measurement appointments, and scan/route documents efficiently. * **Logistics \& Vendor Communication:** Communicate regularly with contra...
